We have found that businesses tend to fall into two categories, either they are looking to raise funds for their business by releasing capital locked away in underutilised buildings, or they would like to convert a building but don’t have the funds or specialist know how to complete the project themselves, we can help in both cases.

Raising Funds for Your Business;

1. Sell and Lease Back Whole Premises
As a business, premises lock away a significant amount of capital that could be used to grow your business, we can buy your premises and lease them back to you, thus releasing large amounts of capital for growth and expansion. This can be achieved quickly through our specialist team.
Main advantage: Releases dead capital for investment in the business.

2. Sell and Lease Back Part Premises
Similar to Sell and Lease Back but we buy the premises and you lease back only the part being used for your business.
Main advantage: Releases dead capital for investment in the business and reduces overall liability.
Best suited to: Shop or Offices with upper floors not currently being used for the business.

3. Sell and Buy Back Part Premises
Similar to Sell and Lease Back Part Premises above but you buy back only the part of the premises you currently use.
Main advantage: Releases dead capital for investment in the business and still own your business premises.
Best suited to: Shop or Offices with upper floors not currently being used for the business.

4. Sell and Buy Back Part in the Future
Similar to Sell and Immediate Buy Back Part Premises above, you sell the premises, lease it back BUT, you have the option to purchase an agreed part back within a set time frame AND at an agreed price.
If you need cash quickly but want control and options for the future, this gives you just that.
Main advantage: Gives you quick cash flow by releasing dead capital, but gives you options and control in the future.
Best suited to: Any commercial premises.
